SATURDAY:  Mens & Womens Doubles – Round Robin followed by a Single Elimination Playoff
SUNDAY:  Mixed Doubles & Youth Doubles** – Round Robin followed by a Single Elimination Playoff
**Youth Doubles will be mixed with boys and girls depending on registration numbers. Youth will ONLY play against other youth teams ages 9-17.

**ALL PLAYERS (ADULT AND YOUTH) MUST CREATE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT TO REGISTER**

EVENT INFORMATION: 
a. GAME TIMES SHOWN ON BRACKETS WILL CHANGE DEPENDING ON REGISTRATION NUMBERS. THE TIME LISTED ARE JUST ESTIMATED START TIMES. Final bracket times will be sent out at least one week prior to tournament.
b. Venue: Alachua County Sports & Events Center, 4870 Celebration Pointe Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608
c. This event is not sanctioned
d. Primary ball: Onyx Fuse Indoor Yellow
e. Games will be played on Indoor Beynon Multipurpose PolyTurf Plus SP Courts with permanent lines and temporary nets. Beynon Multipurpose PolyTurf Plus SP Courts is a brand new surface that plays like wood for Basketball.
f. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division
g. Registration includes athlete t-shirt
·     Early bird pricing – $65 + $5 for additional event (cut off April 18 at 12PM EST)
·     Regular registration – $75 + $5 – (July 30 cut off at 12PM EST)
·     Late registration – $80 + $5 – (August 6 cut off at 11:59PM)
·     REG CLOSE – AUGUST 6 at 11:59PM
**Registration fee includes a $10 donation that goes directly to ElderCare of Alachua County. Donation is NONREFUNDABLE.
h. IF YOU ARE REGISTERING A YOUTH PARTICIPANT, YOU MUST CREATE THEM THEIR OWN ACCOUNT TO REGISTER. YOU CANNOT REGISTER A YOUTH PLAYER UNDER YOUR OWN ADULT ACCOUNT. EACH PLAYER MUST CREATE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT.
i. THIS TOURNAMENT IS A ROLLING SCHEDULE
 
ENTRY REGULATIONS: 
a. The division of competition will be determined by the following rankings and age groups:
i. Rankings: 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, 5.0 **YOU MUST PLAY UP TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL PLAYER (If you are a 3.0 but your partner is a 3.5, you must register for 3.5)
ii. Age groups within rankings: 9-13, 14-17, 18-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61 & Over **YOU MUST PLAY DOWN TO THE YOUNGEST PARTNER’S AGE GROUP**
**DEPENDING ON REGISTRATION NUMBERS, AGE GROUPS MAY CHANGE. **
b. Competitors must bring their own paddles. Pickleballs will be provided for matches
